The front garden blooms continually April through September. It was featured on the Secret Garden Tour in 2000 and visited by the Bulloch Hall Garden Club in 2003. Relax on the screened porch, which has a Pawley's Island hammock, a porch swing, and a breakfast area. The Victoria is a private entrance suite with a queen antique carved bed, private bath with bidet, heated towel rack, and whirlpool tub. Its private balcony offers a wooded, birdseye view of a 2 1/2 ton cast stone ionic capital designed by son Benjamin Northrup for the Meadows Art Museum. The private entrance Studio offers a king feather bed, antique armoire & hall bath (european style) with whirlpool tub. The Albert Room features a queen brass bed, private bath with heated towel rack, cable television with DVD & VCR players.
